The TSA is in the process of negotiating a new 2 year MOU with the city. The TSA has made several proposed changes to the existing MOU including reducing the FY 2011/2012 requested 5% furlough, reinstating the 5% Step increase in 2012/2013, and reinstating the Market Survey in 2012/2013 among other items.
