2009-10 MOU

Hello all,

The TSA Board has tentatively completed it's Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) negotiations with the City. I am happy to let you know that there will be no benefit cuts required for fiscal year 09/10. We have agreed to suspend the step increase and market survey for next fiscal year only 09/10. I have attached the changes to the existing MOU and the new MOU, please review the changes. The MOU will be for one year only and will be open for negotiations again for fiscal year 10/11. The TSA Board will be holding two meetings to discuss the MOU changes (June 2nd 1:30 - 2:30 PD Auditorium and June 3rd 11:00 - 12:00 TLC classroom), please try to attend one of these sessions or e-mail your questions to me. The board will be asking you to vote on ratification of the MOU beginning on June 5^th and closing at 4:00 P.M. on June 10^th.
