Contribute to your self-represented employee association and you'll get it back when you really need it most. The TSA is your advocate for issues of employment, salary, and benefits. The TSA is not affiliated with a national labor union; it is by and for Tempe supervisors.
Membership gives you legal representation on employment issues from the law offices of Micheal Napier P. C. - specializing in public sector employment.
Members also can participate by becoming a representative, serving on committees and the executive board, as well as voting on TSA organizational issues.
Become an active member and support the organization that will support you!
The cost of membership is less than what other employees pay to the SEIU, Tempe Officers Association (TOA) and Firefighters Union (IAFF).
